Sending a Mail/Care Package

You will need to keep in contact via the telephone with the inmate to find out when they will be allowed to have mail and packages in their new facility.

You will need to wait for them to be sent to either the county or state facility before they will need money to purchase various items from that prisons canteen or what is known as the prison commissary.

When an inmate is going through the booking phase of the process, they will be given one free phone call. When an inmate is put into a cell, they will be permitted to use the telephones in the common area during the day. These calls will be collected calls.
