When sending a letter or a care package to an inmate in the main campus or the camp, you should note that you must always use the mailing address, or your mail will never get to the inmate.

Sending Money
An inmate from time to time in the Western Regional Office will request that you send them money. This money will be used for them to put funds on their phone account to call home and for them to buy things from the facilities commissary.
The easiest way to give an inmate money is to utilize MoneyGram and Western Union.
Phone calls
All offenders in the general population at the Western Regional Office will only have access to the telephones in the common areas during the daytime hours. Only time when an inmate will not have access to the telephones will be when they are in solitary confinement or when the facility is under lockdown.
When an inmate calls you, you should always be aware that a staff member will always be listening to your conversation. You should keep your conversation family friendly.
Visitation
Visitors will only be allowed to visit an inmate in the Western Regional Office on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Inmates can have visitors between 11 am to 3 pm on Mondays. Inmates can have visitors between 2:30 pm to 8 pm on Thursdays and Fridays. Inmates can have visitors between 8 am to 3 pm on weekends.
The Western Regional Office like many other federal facilities uses a point system for visits. All inmates will start with 12 points. If an inmate uses a weekday visit, they will need to use one point and for weekend visits will need to use 2 points. Once the inmate runs out of points, they will need to wait until the new month starts.
