Phone calls
If you do not have a mobile line and would like to receive calls from the inmates in the Garfield County Jail & Detention Facility, you will be happy to know they don’t just do collect calls anymore. They also use Paytel.
Paytel is a third-party service that contracts with the Garfield County Jail & Detention Facility. You can choose a plan you would like when you create your account.

Visitation
Visitation is held on Thursdays at the Garfield County Jail & Detention Facility.
Visitation will be held during two set times on Thursday. The first time being 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The second time being 7 pm to 9 pm.
You should note that the inmates in the Garfield County Jail & Detention Facility will only be allowed to have one visit every week.
Everyone in your party will need to have a photo identification card prior to being allowed in the visitation area. If you are bringing someone under the age of 18, they will need to be brought with their legal guardian and stay with the party the entire time.
