The Denver Reception & Diagnostic Center is situated in Denver, Colorado. The Denver Reception & Diagnostic Center is known as a minimum-security facility that is licensed to house no more than 542 offenders.

Sending a Mail/Care Package
When mailing an offender, a letter through the mail, please make sure you have the inmate’s full name along with their inmate identification number on the envelope. The mailing address and the physical address are the same.

To make sure your offender is taken care of you will need to send money to them, so they can purchase everyday items.
The Denver Reception & Diagnostic Center has made it easier than ever for you to send an inmate money. You can send an inmate money by using JPay. You will need to be aware that JPay will charge you a small fee to use their service.
All inmates will have the chance to purchase minutes from the commissary if they have funds in their account. If they do not, they will have to call home using the collect call method. All calls are monitored and recorded.
The visiting hours at the Denver Reception & Diagnostic Center will be done a bit differently than most of the correctional institutions. The Denver Reception & Diagnostic Center uses their schedule on the first letter of the offenders last name. This schedule will change every four or so months.
Visits will be on Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 1 pm to 3 pm. However, the day of the visit will solely be dependent on the inmate’s last name. Please note that inmates are only allowed to have three visitors per visiting appointment.
