Just like nearly all other state prisons, the Augusta Transitional Center also uses JPay for their offender money needs. Phone calls
Inmates in the Augusta Transitional Center will be permitted to call their loved ones while they are serving out their time. However, their loved ones will NOT be permitted to call them and/or leave them messages with the correctional staff.
