Columbia is home to the Adair Youth Development Center. The Adair Youth Development Center is one of the few correctional institutions that composes the Complex.

Before you can even think about visiting an inmate in the Adair Youth Development Center, you will need to print out, fill out the visitor’s application, and then submit it.
