Sending a Mail/Care Package

Yes, you will be permitted to send mail to the Crossroads Juvenile Center. Please refrain from trying to send greeting cards along with photos. These two items will not be accepted. You are only allowed to send handwritten letters to the inmate.

When sending letters also refrain from using the following:

  • Stickers

  • Staples

  • Glitter

  • Crayons

  • Drawings

  • Sexual content

If your letter contains any of the above, your letter will be returned to you as it will be refused by the Crossroads Juvenile Center.

Sending Money

Yes, your inmate may ask you to send them money while they are sitting behind bars in the Crossroads Juvenile Center. The inmate can use this money to pay off fees or purchase what they need in the jail’s commissary store.

You will need to drop off all money orders that have the inmate’s name and information on it to the correctional officer in the lobby of the correctional facility.

Phone calls

You will never be permitted to contact the Crossroads Juvenile Center inmate. You will be required by the Crossroads Juvenile Center to wait for the inmate to call you. Inmates will be allowed to use the phones during the day typically between 7 am to 7 pm.

All calls are monitored for your safety.
