The Bryan County Confinement Center was constructed in 1978. When the Bryan County Confinement Center was constructed it was under Sheriff L. Ray Patterson’s careful watch.

Throughout the years, the Bryan County Confinement Center expanded and expanded again. As of today, Bryan County Confinement Center can comfortably hold 124 inmates.

Sending a Mail/Care Package

Inmates can receive letters, while they are in the Bryan County Confinement Center. But you should refrain from your letters having any of the following subject matters:

  • Gruesome Subject Matter

  • Sexual Acts

  • Sexually Explicit Images

If your letter has any of the following, it will be discarded, and the inmate will not be given it.

Inmates may also receive soft-sided Bibles. The only catch for sending a Bible to the Bryan County Confinement Center is they will need to be sent to the facility from the supplier and/or publisher.

Inmates can also receive tennis shoes as well, but just like the Bibles, they will need to be sent to the Bryan County Confinement Center from the supplier and/or publisher.
