Sending Money
In order to deposit money into an inmate's account, you will need to create a JPay account. Creating a JPay account will only take a few minutes, but it will allow you to deposit money into an inmate’s money account within a few minutes.
Phone calls
One of the few things inmates can do while inside the Earl A. Davis Community Work Center is to use the telephones which can be found in the common areas in the housing units.
The phones will be in use from 7 am to 10 pm. Inmates will be allowed to go over to the telephones to make 15-minute calls when they have downtime. All calls will be monitored.
Visitation
The Earl A. Davis Community Work Center encourages family and friends to visit the inmate while they are serving out their time.
Please keep in mind that the Earl A. Davis Community Work Center can halt visitation for any reason such as a lockdown, and/or a riot. You should always contact the facility directly, if you are coming from a long distance to ensure that visitation is still on for the day you are visiting.
