Clifton is home to the Turney Center Annex. The Turney Center Annex is one of the few correctional institutions that composes the Complex.

Sending a Mail/Care Package

You will need to keep in mind when sending a letter or a care package to an inmate in the Turney Center Annex, that there are two different addresses. Sending Money

Just like many other states ran correctional institutions, the Turney Center Annex also uses JPay for their money needs.

You can deposit money online, over the phone, and through the kiosk in the facility.

Phone calls

All calls are limited to 15-minutes. You will not be permitted to call the inmate. You will be required to wait for the inmate to call you. Please do not call the facility and expect them to leave the inmate a message.

All calls will be recorded for safety purposes.

Visitation

Before you can even think about visiting an inmate in the Turney Center Annex, you will need to print out, fill out the visitor’s application, and then submit it. Once you submit it, you will need to wait for it to be approved. Once you are approved, you can make your appointment by phoning 931-676-3345.

Visitation is held on Thursday during the following the following time sessions:

8:15 to 9:45 am

10:30 am to 12 pm

1 pm to 2:30 pm
