The Waller County Jail was constructed in 1978. When the Waller County Jail was constructed it was under Sheriff L. Ray Patterson’s careful watch.

Throughout the years, the Waller County Jail expanded and expanded again. As of today, Waller County Jail can comfortably hold 110 inmates.

Sending a Mail/Care Package

Inmates can receive letters, while they are in the Waller County Jail. But you should refrain from your letters having any of the following subject matters:

Inmates may also receive soft-sided Bibles. The only catch for sending a Bible to the Waller County Jail is they will need to be sent to the facility from the supplier and/or publisher.
