In order to deposit money into an inmate's account, you will need to create a JPay account. Creating a JPay account will only take a few minutes, but it will allow you to deposit money into an inmate’s money account within a few minutes.
One of the few things inmates can do while inside the James V. Allred Unit is to use the telephones which can be found in the common areas in the housing units.
The phones will be in use from 7 am to 10 pm. Inmates will be allowed to go over to the telephones to make 15-minute calls when they have downtime. All calls will be monitored.
