Phone calls

The Petersburg City Jail will allow inmates to use the phones in the common areas between the hours of 9 am to 11 pm daily. During these hours the offenders will have access to call their loved ones. There is no time restraint. The phones are first come first served.

If you do not, the inmate can still use the phone, but the inmate will be required to make collect calls, which can only be done, if you have a landline telephone rather than a cell phone.

Visitation

The Petersburg City Jail has visitation online and in person.

If you are not close to the facility, you can still visit the inmate over the internet. However, you should know that this service will cost you 25 cents per minute to do. You can visit between the hours of 9 am to 11 am, 1 pm to 4 pm, and 7 pm to 10:30 pm. You will need to create an account on the Getting Out website.

For in person visits, you will be allowed to visit once a week. This visit can be a maximum of 25 minutes.
