Phone calls

One of the few things inmates can do while inside the J.M. "Chick" Buckbee Juvenile Center is to use the telephones which can be found in the common areas in the housing units.

The phones will be in use from 7 am to 10 pm. Inmates will be allowed to go over to the telephones to make 15-minute calls when they have downtime. All calls will be monitored.
